PR, INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIP LEAD

Today, PO.P is the leading quality brand for children in the Nordic region, with a presence in markets worldwide. We are on a strong digital growth journey, with e-commerce as our primary channel, accounting for approximately half of our revenue.
We are now looking for a PR, Influencer & Partnership Lead who will elevate our brand relevance through PR, creator collaborations and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will lead how we work with earned media and influencer activations to strengthen brand awareness, cultural relevance and impact across key markets.
You will be a part of our Marketing team reporting to our CMO. We have a Marketing team of 10 people and we collaborate across the whole organisation Ecom, Assortment, Retail, Digital Office and Logistics.
What you will do
- Develop and implement PR, influencer and partnership strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Lead influencer marketing and creator collaborations from strategy to execution
- Plan and execute PR activations and events from concept to delivery and with large empasis on digital and social channels
- Drive partnerships and explore new formats within earned media and creator ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors and content creators
- Pitch stories, coordinate interviews and secure impactful media coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of PR campaigns and influencer partnerships
- Collaborate with Social Media Strategist and Performance Marketing Specialist to develop our affiliate and creator network
We believe you have
- 5+ years experience in PR and/or influencer marketing, either agency-side or in-house
- A degree in PR, Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships and PR campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and the evolving media and creator landscape
- Experience working with brand storytelling and earned media
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Swedish and English
