Social Media Strategist

Today, PO.P is the leading quality brand for children in the Nordic region, with a presence in markets worldwide. We are on a strong digital growth journey, with e-commerce as our primary channel, accounting for approximately half of our revenue.
We are now looking for a Social Media Strategist who will lead the development of our social channels with a strong brand-to-performance mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for both paid and organic social media, ensuring that our content and campaigns not only inspire and engage but also drive measurable business impact.
You will be a part of our Marketing team reporting to Head of Growth. We have a Marketing team of 10 people and we collaborate across the whole organisation Ecom, Assortment, Retail, Digital Office and Logistics.
What you will do
- Lead the development and growth of our social media channels – both paid and organic
- Own and manage paid social media strategy and execution, ensuring strong performance across platforms
- Drive brand-to-performance campaigns, translating brand storytelling into measurable results across the funnel
- Develop social-first campaign strategies across video, stills and live formats
- Manage day-to-day social media operations including planning, publishing and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance, platform data and cultural trends to generate insights that inform future work
- Lead social content productions and support campaign productions
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate strategy into engaging social-first content
- Partner with Performance Marketing and PR & Influencer Lead to grow our creator, influencer and affiliate ecosystem
- Contribute to concept development and ideation, bringing cultural and consumer insights into the team
- Share social insights, performance learnings and best practices across the organization
We believe you have
- 4+ years experienceworking with social media strategy and management across both paid and organic channels
- Strong experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, particularly within Meta platforms
- A deep understanding of brand-to-performance marketing within social media
- Experience developing social-first campaigns and content strategies
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager, including audience building, A/B testing and budget allocation
- Strong understanding of social-first formats such as Reels, TikTok-style content, motion graphics and UGC
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Experience working both agency-side and in-house is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and disciplines

The role is full‑time and based at our headquarters in Stockholm. PO.P applies a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home 2–3 days per week.
