Performance Marketing Manager

We are on a strong digital growth journey, with e-commerce as our primary channel, accounting for approximately half of our revenue.

As we continue to grow our digital business, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and profitable growth across our digital channels.

About the role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our digital acquisition channels to drive customer growth and profitable sales across all our markets. You will manage and develop performance-driven activities across multiple platforms and ensure that our marketing investments deliver measurable business impact.

You will be a part of our Marketing team reporting to Head of Growth. We have a Marketing team of 10 people and we collaborate across the whole organisation  Ecom, Assortment, Retail, Digital Office and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial performance marketing plan in line with business and growth targets
  • Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (SEM, Shopping, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic display, retargeting and affiliate channels
  • Manage and allocate performance marketing budgets across channels, including oversight of affiliate programs
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to develop and optimize creative assets for acquisition campaigns
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging and attribution through tools such as GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel
  • Manage product feeds and support feed optimization for performance channels
  • Build and maintain weekly performance reporting, tracking metrics such as CAC, ROAS and funnel performance
  • Develop dashboards that enable real-time insights and optimization
  • Support and drive technical development related to data, tracking and feeds, working with internal teams and external partners
  • Continuously identify and execute optimization opportunities across channels, creatives and conversion funnels
  • Stay up to date with developments in MarTech, automation, attribution models, AI bidding strategies and first-party data

Your profile

We believe you are a commercially minded and analytical marketer who enjoys working with data to drive growth and measurable results.

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition within retail, e-commerce, or agency environments
  • degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience scaling campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube and Meta platforms
  • Strong experience working with full-funnel media plans and acquisition strategies
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analytics
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital media budgets
  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as Looker Studio, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager and A/B testing tools

The role is full‑time and based at our headquarters in Stockholm. PO.P applies a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home 2–3 days per week.
