As a Store Manager, you are responsible for running the store in accordance with the company’s business concept, policies, and set budget.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • ensuring that the store meets our goals for service and customer experience
  • working to achieve and exceed the store’s sales and profitability targets
  • leading, developing, and training the employees in your team
  • planning, ensuring, and following up on the daily work related to staffing, store layout, and marketing

We believe you are someone who is passionate about service and leadership. You have documented experience in both areas, preferably within retail. Being a Store Manager with us is a dynamic role that requires you to feel equally comfortable on the shop floor with customers as you are with tasks related to budgeting and scheduling. As a person, you are flexible, business‑minded, and action‑oriented. You are a team player who understands the value of leveraging your team’s combined strengths, yet you also have the confidence to make and stand by difficult decisions.

About the position

The position is a permanent full‑time employment. Start date: May/june 2026 

English is required since it is the company’s official language. A minimum age of 18 is required for this position.
