About the role

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you play a key role in driving our digital presence forward by developing and optimizing our e-commerce experience and creating an even better customer journey across our digital channels. You are responsible for ensuring that products, categories, and campaigns are presented in a relevant, inspiring, and commercially effective way.

This role is strongly data-driven and commercial, with a focus on optimizing conversion, cross-selling, and sales potential through smart merchandising, clear structure, and a coherent customer journey. You will be part of the Ecommerce team while working closely with both the marketing and assortment teams to ensure campaigns and collections go live correctly and on time.

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, your workday will be varied with multiple tasks and areas of responsibility, including:

  • Ensuring accurate and optimized presentation of products and categories
  • Managing product enrichment and product data
  • Structuring and maintaining categories, filters, attributes, product listings, and sorting
  • Working with complementary products, recommendations, and cross‑sell logic
  • Updating the homepage, banners, campaign modules, and landing pages in line with campaign and commercial plans
  • Optimizing navigation, search, filters, and sorting for an improved user experience
  • Coordinating pricing and campaign logic, publishing campaigns, product launches, discount rules, and seasonal themes
  • Analyzing conversion, CTR, sales data, and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities
  • Optimizing category and product pages based on data and insights
  • Testing and implementing changes in sorting, product placement, and layout
  • Participation in e-Commerce Projects

You will have many internal and external touchpoints, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential — while also being able to take ownership of your own projects and work independently.

PO.P’s wish list of skills

We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Post‑secondary education in e-commerce, marketing, business, or technology
  • A few years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or product presentation
  • Strong understanding of conversion, UX, and digital customer journeys
  • Documented experience working in a structured way with large volumes of product data
  • Experience in consumer sales/retail
  • Knowledge of childrenswear and the needs of children and parents
  • Basic web skills, such as HTML/CSS
  • Solid competence in Google Analytics and GTM
  • Experience working in CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely
  • Experience with product information management (PIM), e.g. in inRiver
  • Experience with pricing in Microsoft D365
  • Knowledge of content‑based SEO
  • Experience working in Voyado
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written

About the position

This is a full‑time temporary position covering parental leave for at least 12 months, starting in April 2026, based at our head office in Stockholm. PO.P applies a hybrid work model with the possibility to work from home 2–3 days per week.
