About the Role of Accountant
As an accountant, you’ll take on a broad role, handling responsibilities across the full accounting spectrum for both our Swedish and international subsidiaries. Your main tasks include:
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping, supplier invoices, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
- Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and tax returns
- Contributing to other projects and ad-hoc tasks within the finance department
Qualifications and Experience
You have:
- A university degree in finance or an equivalent professional education
- 2-4 years of experience in similar tasks
- Experience in the entire closing process and an understanding of accounting processes
- Experience in retail/e-commerce and knowledge of ERP system D365 is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

This position requires a high level of responsibility as you will independently manage all parts of the closing process. We are looking for a solution-oriented, driven, and positive team player! You take initiative, work well with others, are meticulous, and have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
About the Position
This is a permanent position based at Polarn O. Pyret’s headquarters in Stockholm, with the option of a hybrid work model. The start date is as soon as possible or as agreed upon. Interviews will begin in November.
